All bookings are handled exclusively over the phone through our customer support team.
2. Booking & Payment Policies
* Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
* Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe (all transactions are in USD).
* Service Fees: We charge a non-refundable service fee, typically $25 per booking, though this may vary depending on airline and hotel policies.
* Cancellation & Refunds:
* Most flight and hotel bookings are non-refundable.
* In certain cases, cancellations may be allowed with a high cancellation fee, as determined by the airline or hotel.
* To be eligible for any refund, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking.
* Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or may incur significant penalties.
* Booking Modifications: Changes to bookings depend on the airline/hotel policies and may incur additional charges.
3. Pricing & Availability
* Real-Time Pricing: Prices are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.
* Errors & Omissions: While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer alternatives or a full refund.
4. Liability & Disclaimers
* TravelZen assumes responsibility for flight/hotel cancellations, delays, or pricing errors to the best of our ability.
* Refunds are subject to airline and hotel policies, and we are not liable for delays in processing refunds from third parties.
* Force Majeure: TravelZen is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or losses due to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, technical failures, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
5. User Responsibilities
* Customers must provide accurate personal information (including full name, passport details, and contact information). Any errors may result in additional charges or denial of travel.
* It is the customer’s responsibility to verify visa, passport, and travel requirements before booking. TravelZen is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete travel documents.
6. Third-Party Services
* We use third-party providers (airlines, hotels, rental agencies) to facilitate bookings. Their terms and policies apply in addition to ours.
* TravelZen is not responsible for service failures, changes, or disruptions caused by third-party providers.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction.
